Religotards and Politatards Double Whammy - Glenn Beck Figures Out That Islam Is Bringing the Anti-Christ
Last week on his ridiculous show, which could be called Glenn Beck's Idiot Show, Glenn had on a guest, a Joel Richardson and together they laid out one of the best combinations of religidiocy and polititaration I've ever heard.
In brief, Beck's "interview", which is really a mechanism for Beck to have someone else spout his agenda, they discussed how Richardson's new book ties the coming of the Antichrist with the riots in the Middle East.
You see "radical Islam" wants to bring about the end of the world, at least that's what "radical Christians" want us to believe.
Richardson equates the Antichrist and the False Prophet in the Christian bible to the Twelfth Imam in the Quran. And the protests for democratic reform in the Arab world are secretly being organized by Shiites that want to set the stage for their Madhi (messiah) to step up and lead the islamic world into the creation of a global caliphate (think empire) under the rule of the 12th Imam. Richardson says that sounds an awful lot like the false prophet and the antichrist's plans which are apparently laid out for us in the bible.
Funny, that the devil's plans to take over are already in the bible so we can see him coming and all we have to do is act. Do you think he's read the bible and maybe already knows we know?
I doubt it. And that is why this bit of nonsense from Glenn Beck makes its way to our pages. This is a religotard and politard double whammy not because Glenn Beck is using religion to promote his politics. If that were the reason we'd have to dedicate an entire site to just Beck and his bullshit; the reason that this story is so IDIOTIC is that...
RELGION is bullshit. None of its real and we humans made it all up. Muslims are just as stupid as the Christians they supposedly hate and NONE OF THESE "PROPHECIES" MEAN A FUCKING THING.
People want to be the boss of other people. It's all power struggle. Nothing more. Adding religion to it just fuels the fires of the stupid.
So fuck you Glenn Beck!
With no respect what so ever,
The Chief

Are you scared of Muslims? - A Different Kind of Halloween-time Post
When you see women in burkas at the mall, do you feel your sphincter tighten, just a bit?
When you pass a guy on the street in a turban do you just for a second think, whoa what's he up to?
If you are on a plane and a man with a traditional muslim beard and maybe a kurfi (the small cap) walk on the plane and sits in first class do you start to flash back, even momentarily, to the news reports of the 9/11 attacks?
If you answered yes to any one of these, I think its safe to say you are scared of Muslims.
If you answered no, you're either Muslim, you're medicated or you've been living under a rock for the past 10 years.
In either case, I think as Americans and Europeans we have some justifications to our fear, but I don't know if it should be as intense or as overarching as it seems to be. Truly there are some scary muslims that do and say really horrifying shit.
How do I know this? They're all over the media dummy. The media has done an excellent job of painting Islam as murderous and Muslims as radicals.
Which makes the story about NPR's Juan Williams sacking seem a bit strange. NPR fired Juan Williams after he admitted that he gets nervous if he's on a plane and someone with a traditional muslim appearance comes on the plane.

Time To Dye The Jesus Eggs, Again
Almost exactly a year ago, I wrote a piece with nearly the same title. This was a different website then, with a different name and look, but the sentiment of this article echos that of its predecessor.
What the f&ck do rabbits and eggs have to do with the resurrection of the most famous jew in history?
The simple answer is, i think, obvious. Nothing. But the actual answer is a bit more complicated and drives right to the heart of what makes me nuts about religions.
Most of the people that are reading this probably already know much of what I'm going to write here, but for those of the newly initiated, let me lay it out for you.
The name Easter is derived from the Anglo-Saxon word Eostre, which was the name of the goddess of renewal and her celebration timed in junction with the vernal (spring) equinox. There are many conflicting analyses of the exact date of the resurrection, but most put it somewhere around our April 28th CE 31; which is actually 28 days after "Easter" that year. Jesus also did not rise from the dead on a Sunday morning as your preacher would tell you during his Easter Morning Service since he is said to have risen "As the sun was about to set, ending a Saturday Sabbath, the women were at the city gate and prepared to exit as soon as the new week dawned, which is when the Sabbath travel restrictions ended" Matthew 28:2. (That will be the one and only time you'll see a bible quote on these pages)
Easter bunnies are obvious I think, especially when you consider that the entire holiday was lifted from pagan traditions. There are countless pagan traditions wherein the vernal equinox is celebrated as a time of fertility and renewal and what's more fertile than a rabbit?
Easter eggs, obvious connection to new life, fertility and renewal. Pagans dyes eggs and hung them from Maypoles during their spring rites and the Zoroastorians have painted eggs for their New Year for more than 2500 years. More Christian holiday highjacking. A few hundred years after the establishment of the Christian church, the orthodox Christians did began dying eggs red to symbolize the blood Jesus shed on the cross; really a fun bunch those Christians!
Chocolate bunnies, et al. good marketing by Hershey and Faberage.
What you should draw from all of this is that the Christians didn't have a celebration for their resurrection. They had to steal other religions ideas. Interesting and typically Christian.
One last though on Easter eggs and bunnies and chocolates, isn't there a prohibition in the bible against idolatry? Just asking.
With All Due Respect,
The Chief
